Various DNA-tests are available to determine if a specific animal species is present in food. For each species questioned, a dedicated DNA-test is performed. A combination package is available which contains two species types: the combination Chicken and Turkey. Test specific information

There are two approaches for this test. The method is based on a kit, which was validated by the supplier to operate at a detection limit of 0.01%.




Normally the result can be expected within 3 working days. This turn-around-time starts when both the sample and the fully filled-out and signed submission form have been received.
